PixelFlow is a Shopify app for DTF and gang-sheet print shops. This policy describes the data PixelFlow processes when a merchant installs the app and when buyers use the storefront builders.
We store the merchant email, shop domain, and PixelFlow portal login for private custom-app shops. Public App Store installs identify the shop from the Shopify OAuth session. Public shops store a Shopify Admin API access token so PixelFlow can create checkout variants and sync orders. Private custom-app shops keep per-shop client credentials in the merchant’s PixelFlow record.
Builders may store uploaded artwork, gang sheets, DTF-by-size sheets, and related production files so the merchant can fulfill the order. Canvas records may include a requester IP, which is cleared when Shopify sends shop/redact. Order sync copies the merchant’s Shopify order fields PixelFlow needs for production (including customer name, email, and shipping when present).
Buyers pay on Shopify checkout. PixelFlow does not process buyer card numbers. Merchants buy tokens with Shopify Billing one-time charges. Optional DPI enhance is only added when the buyer opts in.
If a merchant connects Google Drive, PixelFlow only uses the gangsheet folder the merchant authorizes. Disconnecting Drive stops further uploads.
PixelFlow handles Shopify customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled. Public uninstall and shop redact clear the Admin token and reset Shopify billing fields. Customer redact removes matching order customer and shipping fields. We do not sell personal data.
Privacy requests: sales@pixelflowdtf.com. Merchants can also review orders and production files in the PixelFlow admin.
